So since mid May, the corona virus cases have decreased and the government has eased restrictions to Stage 3 where we can have gatherings of up to 20 people now, some places like museums, restaurants, zoos, gyms and some students have returned to school. Early May, we were still doing zoom with family and friends, celebrating my bro’s bday over Zoom.
For work, I’m still working from home and continuing to deliver virtually for the rest of semester. My kids have returned to childcare twice a week but we’re still taking precautions when they get back immediately bathing them. It’s still a mixed emotion of relief that childcare is free and that its available while I’m working, but also worried as the virus is still around. However, I’m feeling very grateful that we live in Australia, which is doing considerably well compared to the rest of the world, but we’re still wary of a 2nd or 3rd wave and going into winter too.
I thought I’d post some lovely wfh lunchtime walk photos while I can still enjoy them when the sun’s out!
